LA CORTE DI GIO’ is exclusively reserved for our valued guests staying in the flats. Therefore, we kindly request that unauthorised visitors refrain from entering the premises.

You can take possession of the flat between 3 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and you must vacate the premises by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure to allow our cleaning team to prepare it for the next guests.

Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to provide a valid ID document for registration purposes, as required by law. Failure to comply with this requirement is considered a criminal offence.

Any personal data collected is processed in accordance with the current privacy laws, as mandated by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.

It will be our pleasure to hand over the keys to the flat and door on the condition that you take good care of them and ensure their safekeeping. In the event that the keys are lost, we will have to apply a penalty fee of 100 euros to cover the cost of changing the locks.

Holiday homes in the municipality of Belgirate are subject to a daily tax of 1.50 Euro per adult and child.

In the spirit of good neighbourliness, we kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and the designated siesta period from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

It is not permitted to move furnishings inside the flat, including chairs, tables and beds.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the flat and building.

The flat and linen are supplied in impeccable condition and cleanliness. Please note that any faults and damage will incur a charge, which will be assessed upon the return of these items at the end of your stay. Cleaning costs range from 30 euros for a stay of 3 people to 50 euros for more people. Extra cleaning and linen changes are not included in the price. Linen will be changed periodically for stays exceeding one week.

Ensure that the dishes, plates, cutlery, pots and pans are cleaned and properly stored in the cabinets.

Guests are responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the flat. We will not be held liable for any items that go missing.

Guests will be held accountable for any proven damages caused during their stay. Any items missing from the rooms will be charged accordingly.

Please use the toilet facilities responsibly and refrain from flushing sanitary napkins, cotton buds or any other material that may cause blockages (Please use the bins provided).

Other recommendations:

Do not rent the flat to anyone involved in illegal activities.

The flat may not be used for events or celebrations such as stag or hen parties.

Please remember to switch off the lights when you leave the room.

Do not leave windows and balconies open when you are not present.

Unplug battery chargers when they are not in use.

Do not leave taps running (water is a valuable resource).

Turn off the air conditioner before leaving the flat.

Switch off bathroom fans before leaving the flat.

Keep the TV volume at a considerate level to avoid disturbing neighbours.

The use of narcotics within the premises is strictly prohibited.

Please follow the instructions on the calendar provided in the flat for separate waste collection of plastic and laminates, paper, organic waste, unsorted waste, glass.

The property has a Wi-Fi network for internet access.

The rooms are equipped with USB ports for charging mobile phones and tablets.

We shall not be held liable for any disruptions or limitations in electricity, water, telephone line or internet access that is beyond our control.

The price includes Wi-Fi, Towels, Bed Linen, Plates and Cutlery and Final Cleaning.
